It is amazing how fast children develop at this age. One day they are saying one word. The next one or two. All of the sudden they are making cute sentences and having small conversations with you. Ava is very much so looking forward to this santa man bringing her presents and putting them under her tree. We talk about it every day. And every night when it is close to bed time, she will be sure to tell you that her eyes are still open. This is such a great age, but tiring!! She loves to play with her daddy, they have such a great time together. They play hide and seek all over the house and they have a blast.

I gave in

I finally caved in a created a blogspot. We are all doing well, staying busy as usual. I am finishing my semester, soon start my last before I student teach. The house is beautiful, I am so thankful we had the opportunity to find a house and make it our own. While Ava is running in a circle with no diaper, I will keep this short and sweet. Yesterday she was a free bird (I call her bare butt brooks) and she said "See my pee pee?" Me: "What peepee" Ava: "See my poopoo?" Me: "What poopoo?" Ava: "In my room. See it?" Sure enough, there it was. At least she told me about it. Potty training is always exciting, fully of pee pee in the potty dances. Until next time.....
